Moran State Park, Orcas Island

Moran State Park is located on Orcas Island and is the largest recreation area in the San Juans. We rented a car from Deer Harbor Marina and drove to Mount Constitution to take in an epic view of the San Juans, Gulf Islands and the mainland. The view is amazing! We arrived socked in with clouds but fortunately the skies parted to reveal the view after about a half hour. The park was donated to the state by Robert Moran in 1921.
